Santosha Yoga Institute is a well-established yoga teacher training school founded in 2007, with over 20 years of training and retreat experience. The institute has trained more than 20,000 yoga and Pilates teachers worldwide. Their Bali programs are held on the tropical island of Nusa Lembongan, featuring an oceanfront shala at Jungutbatu Beach. The school offers comprehensive Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour, 300-hour, and 500-hour yoga teacher trainings, as well as Pilates certifications. Their curriculum encompasses hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, yin, and restorative yoga styles, along with pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, and yoga therapy. Founded by Sunny Richards, a former professional surfer with extensive yoga training including studies with disciples of Krishnamacharya, Santosha emphasizes authentic yogic wisdom combined with practical teaching skills.
