Full immersion in Bali's spiritual atmosphere
Daily in-person practice with experienced teachers
Hands-on adjustments and real-time feedback
Community and lifelong connections with fellow students
Balinese cultural experiences alongside your training
Best option for those new to teaching yoga

❓ Frequently asked questions

Onsite training means you travel to Bali and attend the programme in person. You live, eat, practice, and study at or near the school's venue for the full duration — typically 21–28 days for a 200-hour programme.
Many onsite programmes include accommodation as part of the package. Use the directory above to filter schools that include accommodation, or compare schools that offer course-only pricing if you prefer to arrange your own stay.
For most people, yes — especially for a first certification. The in-person environment, community energy, hands-on teaching practice, and full immersion in Bali creates a depth of experience that is difficult to replicate online.
The dry season (June–September) is the most popular time. July and August are peak months with the most school intakes and the largest international community. April, May and October offer excellent weather with smaller cohorts.
Most onsite programmes in Bali are registered with Yoga Alliance. Look for the YA Certified badge on each school listing. Completing a registered programme allows you to apply for RYT-200 or RYT-500 designation.
