A 100-Hour yoga teacher training is a 10–14 days immersive programme covering asana practice, yoga philosophy, anatomy, pranayama, and teaching methodology. It is an introductory-level course — not a standalone Yoga Alliance certification, but an excellent foundation before committing to a full 200-hour programme.
Most 100-Hour programmes in Bali run for 10–14 days. The schedule is intensive — typically 6–7 days per week with morning practice, theory sessions, and afternoon teaching labs. Factor in extra time before or after to rest and explore Bali.
Some prior yoga practice is helpful but not always required. Most schools recommend at least 6 months of regular practice before joining a 100-hour programme.
The 100-hour programme is not a standalone Yoga Alliance certification. It is an introductory course. To teach professionally, you will need to complete a 200-hour programme.
